Chapter 26

Lucy's pov;

After the cake cutting session, the people who came for the birthday party were all sitting in the living room with their glasses of wine on coffee tables, chatting away. Some were looking at pictures they took while others were just staring out of the window and listening to music. Everyone started leaving once the party was over. Daniel and Levi stayed behind and talked with Tyler.

Tyler asked Levi, "Is this your plan? In my house?"

He smiled at him and said, "Yeah, do you like it?"

"You messed up my place." Tyler turned towards me and asked, "Do you know about this?" After I nodded, he asked again, "Why didn't you say there were people in our house when we came in?"

"Did you let me?"

He rubbed his forehead while saying, "I can't believe I let them watch us. They're going to talk about it for a week at least."

I moved closer and whispered to him, "Wasn't that what you were expecting since the beginning? I'm sure this will definitely get that old man's ears."
