Chapter 28: Dance

I lie on the bed next to Dimitri, our legs intertwined with each other. We are both exhausted. I think of all the time we wasted being cruel and mean to each other instead of enjoying each other’s company. I feel like a fool, but I am glad that it is all behind us now. We just made love for the first time in our lives and I want to enjoy the moment of being in his bed with him.

“A friend of mine is opening a nightclub tomorrow night. I was thinking we could go, you can ask your sister to join us if you want,” Dimitri suggest.
