Charles was devastated when Vivian left his office, he had no idea what he did wrong. Is eating lunch with his wife wrong?

He never took pleasure in doing such untill now, he knows how she felt for him.

It will be a lie, if he said he doesn't but he choose to ignore her feelings. She deserves someone better not him, but now he feels guilty.
