Not Acknowledging His Longing

Half an hour later, Noah, who had just arrived, met his mother in the VIP waiting room, not in Noah's own office. That's because he didn't want anyone to freely enter the room that contained many of his items about Grace.

"Mom. Are you looking for me?" he asked as he approached his mother.

"Noah, where have you been? Why aren't you coming home, son?" asked Mrs. Sayla anxiously.

But Noah replied nonchalantly, "I had a lot of work, Mom. I told you that I have to go back and forth to the office."

"Yes, it shows on your tired face. You're okay, right?" Even though Mrs. Sayla rarely met her only son, she still knew the details of Noah's expression, "Mama told you, right? You shouldn't be too workaholic, Noah. You have so many subordinates, leave it to them so they don't eat a blind salary. You're worrying me, you know..."

"So, what did you mean by coming here? Come on, let's discuss it now," with a cold expression, Noah was direct.
