Rosalyn was absolutely certain. She understood exactly what Eric meant by asking that. "Do you think she's coming after me for revenge?"

Eric's gaze was fixed on her. "What kind of grudge do you think she could possibly have with you?"

"If there is one, it's probably because my mother was once in a relationship with her man." That wasn't exactly a secret, and with Eric, she didn't feel the need to hide anything.

But her mother had already passed away.

Zayne said Naomi was only doing this to find the person he had always kept hidden in his heart. At first glance, that explanation sounded plausible.
