Chapter 14 - Plan

EROS' brows were furrowed as he started to wake up from his beauty rest. He can feel his body heat up and his eyes burning. Before he could open his eyes, he felt the shade cover his face from the brightness of the sun. He sighed and fluttered his eyes slowly. "Aren't you afraid to be assassinated?" He raised an eyebrow and tilted his head to look at the woman above him.

The soft melody of her voice was like the birds singing in the morning. She was wearing a halter dress in the shade of blue and white while holding a white umbrella, covering his face from the sun. "My guards are everywhere, I'll be fine." She scoffed before removing the umbrella from his face.

"I'm going to have breakfast," she informed him. She started to walk away but he grabbed her hand and pulled her to him. Her eyes widened as she lost her balance from his force. He caught her waist and pulled her close to him as she fell on top of his body. "Eros!" she screamed, flustered.
