10. Temptation

Cecil slapped her own forehead. Can't understand Isabelle's idiocy.

I'm dead. She thought.

Alpha Victor was angry enough with her when Cecil brought the wrong mate. His anger yesterday even made half the magic hall a mess.

Now Isabelle could cost her life.

Cecil shrunk even more as Victor arrived in front of her. His expression was actually controlled.

But Cecil knew better. She knew it was a harbinger of an impending storm.

"Then why did you let the girl still roam around my house? Didn't I tell you to throw her away? Even kill her if necessary"
