Eric pondered on Iyaki's words. He never planned to lock Silver for long. He just wanted a brief moment of silence.

Silence.

That was all he craved for the past seven years. He wanted his head free from all the voices, the cries, the judgment, the agony. Silence. That was all he wanted.
