Just as usual, Alaric had offered to drop me off at school and I would say I was already getting used to his company even If he could sometimes be a douchebag. Everytime though.

The drive was filled with silent and the only music playing in the car was one of my favourite and i was tempted not to guess he purposely played the song.

I had caught him stealing glances at me all through the ride until the very last one where he glued his eyes on me fir a long time and was literally not paying attention to the road.
