I knew I fell into a deep slumber because of how relaxed and light my body felt. I became used to the feeling of my child moving inside my womb. It was scary at first, but I began to get used to it. I remembered rubbing my tummy before I slept. One thing I liked about myself was the fact that I could tell when I was dreaming and when I wasn't, and right now... It felt like I was dreaming until...

I was seated in a restaurant alone, the streets were empty and the restaurant was filled to the brim with people. I wondered what was so special about this restaurant until a cloud of smoke began forming on the table I was sitting on. My eyes burned and I shut it tightly coughing and choking on the smoke. I fell to my knees to take in a lung full of air when the ground below me shifted, and I was falling.

It seemed like I was falling for a long time because I wasn't stopping— like I was in an abyss.
