She woke up in her cell like every other morning of her miserable existence and got ready for another day of torture. The guards let her out and she scurried to the bathroom to get ready.

She looked in the mirror at her thin frame and sighed. She looked even uglier than yesterday. Her dark blonde hair was flat and dull,her green eyes were more

brown, and her pale skin was littered with scars and bruises.

She looked away from the mirror as the sight of herself became too much. She quickly put on the gray uniform Beta Dylan had her wear and tied back her hair before scurrying down to the kitchen.

The clock read 8:30 which meant she had only a half hour to get food on the table for Alpha Xander and his inner circle. Eggs and bacon would have to do. She just

hoped she could get it all ready in time.
