CHAPTER 4

Rylee's POV:

I went to pick up one of the dresses to see if it was my size. Shockingly, they even brought me a set of pants and a bra, and they got my actual size.

"Who the heck sent these?!" I growled and heard my phone ringing again.

I rushed over to my phone to pick it up, and I saw that it was Nash calling me.

I ended the call, as I was sure that Nash was not the man who had slept with me.

Then he called me again.

"Hello, what is it?" I asked him coldly, and he demanded, "Where are you, Rylee? I came to your apartment this morning, and I heard that you didn't return home from the hotel last night. What happened?"

"None of your business," I replied to Nash coldly again.

"Rylee, why are you doing this? I already told you that I cannot reject my mate, but that doesn't mean that I don't care about you or the love we shared. Please, try to understand me," Nash begged, and I told him with a stern voice, "There's nothing for me to understand, Nash. You made your choice, and that was our Beta's daughter, Bella Harvey. So why should I get hooked up with you again? We are over, so don't call me again."

"Wait, Rylee. You remember that I told you that my mother rejected her mate, and that's why she got sent away from the palace? It's Bella's father. I do not think that he will accept my union with Bella. But at the same time, everyone knows that I love you, and you know that I love you too. Calm down, Rylee. Once I settle all this, I will explain to Bella, and she will understand and allow me to have you too. Please…"

I shook my head tearfully, and I told him, "Bella will never accept for you to mark two women, and you shouldn't worry about me. I will be fine," I told Nash and wanted to end the call.

"Rylee, please wait. I love you very much. Please… Just give me a chance to fix all this," Nash begged, and I knew that it wasn't his fault.

"I am sorry, Nash. I already hooked up with someone last night, and I don't even know who the man is. He marked me," I said, and Nash growled. "You did what? Who dares to mark you? Give me the hotel name. I am coming there to get you now!"

"Nash, it's over. Just forget about me," I ended the call on him as I looked over at the dresses on the bed. They were five designer dresses that I didn't dare to dream of buying, and also, the five set of bras and pants that were top brands, too.

I picked up one of the collections of pants. As I cannot count them and damn it. It was a lacy red pant that was very transparent, and it looked seductive.

I shook my head, trying not to think too deeply that Beta Fabian was the man who I slept with. I don't want to think about him.

I wore the red pants, and they hugged my buttọcks perfectly. As I picked up one of the bras and donned it.

It perfectly cupped my bréasts and popped up my boobs' shape. I smiled and wondered how the person was able to get my perfect boobs size.

I had big boobs despite the fact that I was slim-figured.

I shook my head and picked up one of the lovely dresses and donned it. There was no point in me waiting for Elizabeth, so I picked up the red dress and wore it.

"Wow!" I gasped at my new appearance in the mirror.

Since I was sponsoring Nash's education in our pack University, I haven't been able to purchase anything that I like. Most of my dresses were old and worn out. So seeing myself in this beautiful dress, I wondered who was the man who I had mated with last night. He was so kind that he gave me a check of ten million for my virginity that he broke, even when I was the one who decided to lose it.

Also, the man sent me these beautiful dresses and underwear. Why didn't he wait for me to see his face? I wondered why he left so early. As I was through dressing up, I picked up a nylon bag and packed all the remaining dresses and underwear, as there was no way that I was leaving them behind.

Once I set off to leave the hotel room, I stepped out and met my boss, Mr. Nathan Anderson in the hallway.

Mr. Nathan was a married man and above 30 years old.

"Oh my goodness! Rylee, what the hell are you doing in this VIP room, and how come you look so different?" He gasped as I strode out of the hotel room.

"Well, I don't know. Can I see the hotel security footage? I mean, I had no idea who was the man I spent the night with," I told Mr. Nathan, and he looked at me from head to toe.

"Rylee, when did you become so shameless as to become a hooker? Didn't we pay you enough? Damn it," Mr. Nathan growled, but I shook my head and corrected him.

"I am an adult, and whatsoever I choose to do, you have no right to blame me. Besides, I have no mate, and my boyfriend, who I gave everything to, already found his mate and proposed to her to marry him, instead of me. So why blame me?"

Mr. Nathan looked at me with narrowed eyes, and his eyes softened as he took a step closer to meet me and said, "But I asked you out on a date to hook up with me, but you refused. And yet, you shamelessly hooked up with someone else."

I rolled my eyes and told him, "I don't hook up with married men, except the unmated men in our pack. And since you have a mate, you cannot drag me to hell with you. So how about the hotel security footage? Can you help me to see it? I have no idea how I lost my memories, and I cannot remember who was the man. Please…"

Mr. Nathan looked at me and shook his head. "If I help you, what am I going to gain? Except you agree to hook up with me too. Then I can help you. We will be fast, Rylee. You look so fụcking hot, and maybe it's your calling or gift by the moon goddess to become a hooker in our pack."

"Screw you, Mr. Nathan! You're so shameless, and I feel pity for your mate!" I smacked Mr. Nathan on his left cheek, as we stood in the hallway.

Mr. Nathan growled and grasped my neck firmly. "How dare you raise your hand on me? Do you know who I am?"

"Let me go!" I screamed at Mr. Nathan, and he laughed, "Oh yeah. What are you going to do if I refuse to let you go? And besides, didn't you say that you decided to hook up with someone? Why not hook up with me? I can take good care of you."

Mr. Nathan pinned me to the wall, as he drew his face closer to mine and probably wanted to kiss me. However, a deep voice ordered him, "Let her go!"

Immediately, Mr. Nathan released my neck that he had clutched firmly, and I collapsed on the ground, while the polythene bag that I held fell off too.

As Mr. Nathan turned to see who it was, his eyes widened in shock upon seeing Alpha Malakai Preston.
