Irina’s POV
I cannot believe I agreed to it. I agreed to killing Vivian!
Damien was ecstatic that I accepted, and he couldn’t stop smiling. My stomach on the other hand was tied up in knots. The more I thought about actually killing Vivian the more I felt sick.
Damien suddenly hugs me “We can finally be together”
I didn’t have the heart to tell him that I was still going to leave the pack even if I managed to kill her.
He tells me that he wants me to wear the cloak to the ceremony as it will be easier to hide the dagger.

Damien’s POV “It is time son” My father looks on at me proudly as I frown at myself in the mirror. I hated suits, they were so uncomfortable but apparently it was routine and tradition. Irina’s POVIt was Shaun lifting me from the ground. He doesn’t look at me and instead looks around.I try to thank him, but I think my jaw is broken as it hurts to try and speak.He carries me to the hospital and the doctor groans when he sees me. Damien’s POV “Why father, why is it so urgent I go and get her? Irina wanted to leave” I was planning on going after her anyway but it was annoying me that I still didn’t know the full picture.
