Chapter 16

Evelyn's POV

I stumbled upon something and fell down on my butt helplessly, watching the monster as he finally approached me with a lustful smile on his cruel face.

“You think you can run from me?’’ He bent down to my level.

“Then go ahead, run. Let's see how far you will get.’’

I swallowed hard, more droplets of tears rolling down my cheeks.

He was right, I can't run from him, where can I possibly run so that he won't find me, I don't even know how to locate the gates.

“I'm sorry. I won't try to run again but just please…’’ the rest of my words hung in my throat as he placed his cold hand on my knee, caressing my leg lustfully.

Cold chills ran through my spines and I tried to move away but he pinned me by my thighs.

“You are going nowhere bitch. I bought you with my money and so you will bow low to my feet. You would do whatever I ask you to until I ask you to stop.”

He spat angrily and the next minute, I was up in his arms.

He dropped me down to the bed and climbed over me.
