He got home that evening with his assistant behind him as they entered the house. He knew she was in the kitchen as he could hear sounds. He went to his room to freshen up while Eric waited for him in the living room.

Not long later, Amelia came out of the kitchen to see Eric sitting in the living room. "Good evening, Mr. Eric." She greeted him as she walked up to him and also looked around to check for the alpha.
