Chapter Eight

Halfway through the movie, I heard a loud knock on my door, making me jump from my seat and causing the popcorn to spill all over my couch. 

"Dammit!" I cursed under my breath and cleaned my couch before making my way across the room all the while wondering who it might be at this time.

Would it be Theo? 

I looked up at the clock and it was 11.30 pm. He did say we could have our movie night if he came back home alone. I shook my head and tried not to get my hopes up high.

I opened the door and was met with a pair of crystal blue eyes. He looked tired and was resting his arms on the side of my door. I also noticed that his tie was undone, a few buttons of his dress shirt was open, revealing his chest.

Was he...in the middle of something?
