It’s already past ten O’ clock when I reach the house. Miss Jones opens the door for us with shock painted on her face.
“Where did you both go? You know Madam has called for you twice and I have been telling her that you are in your practice class together with Asher,” she says.
“She called me?” I ask and she nods her head. Why do I feel like something great is going to come tomorrow morning and it’s going to be the worst morning. It was my choice to go in the party and honestly I wanted to see how the party works as I have never been to the one but I guess I am not quite a party girl at all.
“Actually, Melanie invited us for her Halloween party we had been over there,” I say as we get inside and the driver helps me with holding Xavier.
