Chapter Forty Two: Locked out of the car

"That's it for today," Jonathan said to Jasmine. They had just finished her training and as expected, she was beyond exhausted.

"You're not as bad as you were when you first arrived here," Jonathan commented before turning to meet the rest of his men.

Jasmine's face lit up on hearing Jonathan's words. It wasn't exactly a compliment but that was the nicest thing he had said to her ever since she started training with him two weeks ago.

She checked the time and saw that it was already seven forty five. Justin wouldn't be able to come and get her as he had a meeting which would end by nine o'clock.

Jasmine pouted her lips and sighed resignedly. She was already used to Justin picking her up. Sure he would annoy her along the way but they always made up.

"Ma'am, it's time to go," Cole said, bringing her out of her thoughts.

"Aren't you going to say hello to your father?" Jasmine asked a bit confused as to why Cole and Jonathan were acting so distant with one another.

Cole glanced at his fa
