Jake grinned and picked up his things and sat at the same table as Nina. He placed the laptop on the table, sat opposite her, and without looking away from the laptop's screen he asked her. "Are you looking for Jeremy?"

Nina hadn't noticed at all when this dude showed up, even less when he sat down opposite her. Hearing his question she was taken by surprise and let out a scream.

"Where did you come from?"

Jake pointed at the table he was previously sitting in, his eyes still glued to the screen. "From there."

Nina almost choked from anger. "Who are you?"

Jake looked at Nina for a second before continuing typing on his laptop. "Leah's favorite person." He replied with a smirk on his face.

I must make things clear here. This girl can't take my position from Leah's heart.

Hearing Leah's name, Nina calmed down immediately and leaned closer to Jake. "You know Jeremy?" Her eyes were sparkling as if she had found a valuable thing to squeeze information from.

"Mhmm." Jake hummed.
