Chapter 4

ATASHA

I just came from the restaurant because I had a meeting there. I was so tired when I got home, I immediately lay down on the sofa. I know that they are already asleep so I did not even bother to turn on the light because mom might notice that I came. It is 10PM they should be resting by now.

“Mommy?”

I sat on the sofa because of what I heard. I quickly went to the light switch and there I saw Addison at the top of the stairs with one eye still closed and rubbing the other. She is so cute.

“Baby why are you still awake? It is past 10,” I said and came to her, I lifted her to the sofa. “I was actually waiting for you mommy but I fell asleep then I heard the engine of your car so I woke up.” I smiled because of what Addison said. These twins are so clingy to me and I love it.

“Why are you waiting for me baby?” suddenly her eyes widen because she seemed to remember her purpose of waiting for me. “I met someone on the mall, mommy! He is so kind! He also buys me everything I want!” I frowned because of what she said. He means a male?

“Who is he? And what did I tell you that do not talk to strangers?” the smile on Addison's face disappeared. “I know mommy but he's nice he said sorry to me after we accidentally bumped with each—” 

“Bumped?! Are you okay?! Are you hurt?!” she suddenly laughs at me so I glared at her. “Why are you laughing it's not funny.” I spoke. “Pfft..sorry mommy but your too OA. I am fine he took good care of me.” I frowned even more because of that.

Did he take good care of Addison? And why would he do that?

“Mommy!”

My thought was interrupted when we looked at the stairs and Aiden was running down. “Aiden be careful!”  but he was naughty because he just ignored what I said and hugged me. I closed my eyes in his embrace. I miss them both, I was also away from home all day.

“Sorry mommy but I miss you so much!” Aiden said which made me smile. He sat on my other thigh and on the other side was Addison who was also just smiling at us. “It's okay Aiden but next time don't do that okay?” he nodded. “By the way why are you awake too?”

“I felt Addison was not in bed that's why I go here maybe you come home and I am right!” I smiled more because that.

“Sha-sha?” We looked up and it was mom. “Are you awake too?” I asked which made the three of them laugh. Just wow, the reason why I am entering the house quietly so that I cannot wake them but now? They are all awake. Mom sat next to me and held Addison in her arms.

“Mom, is it true about the guy? Who is that again Addison?” I asked. 

“He is Uncle Keiron!”

“Ah yes, he was with Addison earlier, Sha-sha. I know that he is kind so I trusted him. He is wearing a business suit so I said maybe he still has a meeting but he insisted so Addison came along. He also bought everything Addison wanted.”

"That's true Mommy she has a lot of Chanel now!" My eyes widened because of what Aiden said. Chanel?! It is branded.

“Chanel?! Baby, why did you do that?” I saw Addison in surprise. “But mommy he insisted. You know me, you taught me not to asked too much for free, so he just said whatever he wanted me to take! He was just like you mommy!” Addison is right I can't be mean to my children. What they want, I will give. But I taught them to be mature. They will ask a lot from me because I am their mommy, not from other people.

“Did you enjoy yourself with him?”

“Of course, mommy! I hope we meet again! Kyahhh! I cannot wait.” I laugh because of that. It is my first time to see her excited like that. Addison is also stubborn, you know, judgmental, but I told her to keep her thoughts to herself. She only hangs out with my friends so I am glad she has someone else to be friends with now.

“Then you should introduce me to him, okay?” she noded. I looked at Aiden when he pulled my clothes. “Yes Aiden?”

“Mommy can you cook for us? We miss you.” I smiled and kissed his forehead. “Sure, I'd love that.”

“Hey! Let's go at the kitchen grandma we will help mommy!” Addison said happily so we just laughed and went to the kitchen. I also picked up Aiden and he hugged me. Aiden is softer to me, Addison is the same but Aiden is softer.

“Mommy I want your adobo(Filipino dish) please.” Aiden said making me smile and kiss him. “Sure, anything for my Aiden.” Then I put him down.

“Mommy, mine is egg with hotdog!” I also smiled at Addison and nodded. “Grandchildren, what should we do first?” Mom asked them. “Ready the ingredients and equipment! You take care of the pans while I take care of the ingredients!” Addison said to his twin. “Okay.”

Mom and I smiled as the two started. They know what to do. Of course, I do not let them take sharp things. We are like this every night. When I come home from work, they will wait for me to help in cooking. We did not hire a cook; I only want a maid because wanted to cook for them. At first, Mom said she should be the one to cook, especially since I am from work, but I insisted. And another thing, no matter how tired I am, it disappears as long as I'm with the twins.

After a few minutes of cooking, I was done. The three of them have already prepared the table and we are about to eat. “Who will lead the prayer?" I asked them.

“Me, mommy!” Aiden said as I nodded and we prayed.

“Our dear Heavenly Father, we thank you for this food. Feed our souls on the bread of life and help us to do our part in kind words and loving deeds. We ask in Jesus' name. Amen.”

“Let's go eat.” Mom said and we ate. Of course, I tease both of them when I'm with them, they prefer to tease me. Of course, I know that they are pampering me.

“Mommy, your cooking is really the best!” Aiden said making me smile. “Yeah! Kuya is right mommy! We love you so much!”

“Aww… thank you babies of course mommy love you both after these brush your teeth okay? And we will sleep on your bed, okay?”

“Yes Mommy!”

I always sleep in their room because I rarely use my room. When I am sleeping at my room it means that I do not want to disturb their sleep. They are awake now, so we will be next to each other.

We finished eating at 11:30 so we went upstairs. We said goodnight to mom. I made them drink milk first so they could sleep well. I also cleaned my body and stood next to them because they were ahead of me in the bathroom. I even cleaned what we ate.

“Sleep, Mommy, we know that you’re tired.” I smiled at Aiden. I told you my firstborn is different. Addison also hugged me and I saw that she was already asleep. Addison was the easier of the two to fall asleep.

“Thank you, Aiden. Let's go to sleep, okay?” I said and kissed him on the forehead and he closed his eyes. Only then I felt my tiredness.  It is good that my twin’s arms are around me. I felt comfortable.

“Goodnight my babies.”

THREE DAYS have passed and my life is still the same. “Alizha, what is my schedule today?” I asked as I sat down at my swivel chair. I was surprised that the papers were arranged to one side.

“You don't have a schedule today Ms. Sha-sha, you finished everything yesterday.” she said with a smile. My gaze was stuck at the papers, she was right, I finished it yesterday.

Oh no, that is not possible. I silently spoke as I remember something. “Wait. How about the work to be done tomorrow—”

“Sha-sha!!!” I almost jump from my seat when I heard Grace's voice. “Don't say I am here!” I said to Alizha and she laughed as I nodded while I hid under my table. No! They will push me out to my office again!

“Where is Sha-sha, Alizha?” It was Ally! I finger crossed because of that. 

“Ms. Sha-Sha? She is not here,” Alizha said I was relieved. That is my girl. It was quiet for a few minutes but I still didn't come out.

“Got you!”

“Kyahh!!!”

I shouts and stood up but because of my stupidity that I was under the table anyway! My head hurts.

“Hahahaha!! Nice one Ally!” I frowned as I stood up. All three of them are laughing now with Alizha. “You three are annoying!” I said that made them laugh more.

“Hahaha Sha-sha, you cannot fool Ally and me with Alizha! Right, Alizha?! Till next time hahaha!” Grace said and got closer to Alizha.I knew it! There is something weird.

“Haha sorry Ms. Sha-Sha just yesterday they knew that you don’t have schedule today and they told me not to tell you.” I just shook my head at what Alizha said because she usually tells me my schedule before I leave the office. I thought she just forgot.

Ally and Grace come close to me and both held my arms. “Omo! Girls’ day today! Kyahhh!!” I winced even more because of what they said and looked at Alizha as if asking for help. “Haha enjoys it! I will take care of the company!” Alizha's words made me frown even more.

“Wow!! You are a traitor Alizha!” I said. 

“Haha you cannot escape from us Sha-sha! Let's go!” Do not have a choice. Good luck to me! These two are shopping monsters! They were like Addison but because they're pregnant you can't say no! Come on! 

When we arrived at the mall, of course we went straight to Pizza Hut, they said they were hungry so I gave in and what else? I am the one who ordered! The two really want it! When I am with them, they are taking advantage because they're pregnant. I returned to our table with a bang.

“When your babies come out, I will torture you too!” they both just laughed so I just shook my head.

Soon our pizza arrived. As for me, the flavour of my pizza is only Ham and cheese, I don't want any other flavours. After I finished eating, I said goodbye to them, of course they were enjoying the food, so it was slow. I went out to buy French Fries and Ice cream cookies and cream. Well, maybe because I crave for it when I was pregnant that is why it became my favourite. It is delicious to dip in Ice cream.

When I come back, they were not done yet. So, I sat down and ate. The first time we went around here, it took us three hours! And what else? I am the one carrying the paper bags! We went up to the second floor and entered the Grocery. I also bought other food that the twins also like, French Fries, Hot cake, and Ice cream. I told you that the twins' favourite is the one I ate before. Morning, lunch, and night, well the three of us are the same again so it is fine. And I can still put the ice cream in the fridge if it melts.

After we paid, my eyes almost got big with the amount! They bought something else on the chin! “I'll carry all that?!” I was surprised that they both laughed. “Haha Sha-sha use your brain! You can have it delivered to the car!” I roll my eyes. Yeah, right.

After we finished there, we watched a movie. I admit that I miss these two too. I am busy at work so I do not have time. My only free time is Sunday and I dedicate that to the twins. When it is Saturday, I am just resting at home. More bonding with twins but most of the time I slept. And we had a Sunday date, so of all the days, Sunday is what I like the most, even though the next day is still work.

After we wandered, we went home. It is good that there is a driver with these two. Where are they husbands? They should thank me. “Sha-sha, take care and tell the twins that we said hi. We are tired so we can't go in anymore." Ally said as they peered out the window. I even laughed when I saw Grace yawn.

“You two are hyper earlier.” I spoke.

“We miss you already! We only got to be with you once so we made the most of it.” Grace said with a smile that silenced me for a moment.

“Sorry girls.” I said sincerely.

“It's okay Sha-sha. Grace and I understand you.” Ally said making me smile.

“Just do not forget yourself Sha-sha. It is not like you are young every day, you have got a lot of time to give it to yourself. The twins are growing up.” Grace said to which I nodded. “I know. And I also know what I am doing so do not worry guys okay? Trust me.” They left and I waved at the departing car. I brought my shopping bags and went inside. It is 6 pm. We also spent the day at the mall, which was tiring.

“Mommy!!” With the two voices I heard, my tiredness seemed to disappear quickly. This is what I am trying to say. I am happy with the twins and my mom. I could not ask for anything more.

TODAY is sunday! My SunDate with my twins. “Babies! Wake up! It is time for our date!” I woke up to the two of them who immediately got up.

“Good morning mom!” They said it together so I laughed. “Good morning too my babies let's go and we're eating we still have a long day.” We went down and the food was served so that we would have a longer day of wandering. After eating, we went upstairs and I bathed them.

I dressed Addison in a brown it is more like coat and Aiden also wore a black one. They were also wearing white-colored pants and their shoes were also white. Addison is wearing a hat sideways it is her style lol. Addison loves fashion obviously. Mom is also with us. I am just wearing a simple floral dress.

“It will be a long day. We should enjoy!” I spoke.

“Yehey! We are so excited!”

When we arrived at the mall, as we enter, I ask them; “So? Should we go first?”

“Fun house!” - “Gucci!”  They said together and looked at each other evilly. They really do not get along while we are at the mall. Aiden is fond of games while Addison knows fashion and body care. I do not know who they inherited it, I do not like it like that, maybe from their daddy? Well, I do not know.

“Babies what did I already tell you about this?” after I asked that they started to play jack en poy game. Whoever wins will go first. “Yehey! I won!” Addison said happily and clung to mom and pulled her so mom and I just laughed.

Aiden approached me. “Are you okay, Aiden?” I asked and he looked at me. “Yes Mom! If I am with you, I am okay besides I know Addison will take a lot of time inside. So, we have a lot of time together!” I smiled at him and kissed him on the cheek. He is so sweet. When we entered Gucci, Addison was hyper. And of course, she always asks me if she is pretty or not on her dresses. I have a sense of fashion but I do not like such things.

It took us 2 hours inside and Aiden was always clinging to me while Addison was busy. Of course, I bought him clothes too. When we got out, we delivered the things we bought to the car and we followed to the Fun house. We spent more time there. The twins really enjoy playing to this kind of place. When we reached noon and we decided to eat at Jvllibee, our favourite, especially the burger.

“Mommy two burgers for me!”

“Me too Mom!” Told you, they are a burger monster. 

 “Okay, just make sure you finish it, right? Do not waste food, there are many hungry people.”

“Yes Mom!”

I stood up and ordered. I bought spaghetti with chicken joy. Three, one for me, my mom, and the twins. When the food arrived, I feed them both. Sometimes Mom would feed Addison and I feed Aiden. “Addison come closer baby there's sauce on the side of your lips.” she came closer and I wiped it. 

“So, Cine for the last?” they smiled as they heard what I said.  “Yes Mom! But let us walk around first!” Addison said so I nodded. They are still eating burgers when someone called me.  “Ms. Sha-Sha!” I looked at the person who called me and frowned when I saw Alizha. She was panting to come to us.

“Wow! Finally, I saw you! Hi twins! Hello Auntie!” 

"Hello, ate(older sister called in Filipino) Alizha!” The twins said together.

“Hija, sit down first, you are very tired. Here, drink this.”  Alizha accepted my mom gave and drank it. “Alizha what are you doing here?” I asked making her look at me and her eyes widened. “We have a problem!” I frowned even more because of that.

“Alizha, I told you already that do not call me if it is Sunday, my family and I are on a date.”

“But it is urgent! I know what you said but—" she came to me and whispered.

“We lost a big money at Cavite brunch! Someone stubs you at the back Ms. Sha-Sha!” my eyes widened because of what she said. “Are you serious?!” 

“Yes Ms. Sha-Sha.” I held my breath at what she said and felt my senses. My head hurts.

“Mommy, are you okay?” Aiden asked who was next to me and I looked at him. It is my day with my children but a problem is chasing me. “Mommy you should go now. We know that it is urgent, ate Alizha would not be coming here if it wasn't a big problem.” I looked at Addison whens he said that.

“But—”

“Mom, it is fine with us. We understand you and besides we already spent time being with you, we are okay there.” Aiden said smiling to me. “Kuya is right Mommy. We love you and we always understand and will understand you.” I stared at my two children. Why are they so understandable? I looked at Mom when she held my hand.

“Sha-sha I will take care of the twins, you should go.” she said so I let a deep sighed. “I'm sorry.” I spoke. “No mommy! We understand!” Addison said “Yup mommy you can still be with us tonight!” Aiden said but there is no certainty as to what time I will be able to go home. “But mommy doesn't know if she can come home early.” I said sadly. “Then it is still okay! We spent half a day with you mommy.” Addison said and they were both still smiling at me.

“Why am I so lucky to have you both?” I asked and they smiled even more and came closer to hug me. I really love this two.  “Don't stress too much mommy, okay?” Addison said to which I nodded and stood up.

“Take care mom, I really need to fix this.” she grabbed my hand. “Everything will be fine Sha-sha.” I smiled at Mom and nodded. I approached the twins and kissed them on the cheek. 

“Don't make your grandmother tired, okay? Be kind.”

“Yes Mom. We will miss you!” They said in unison. 

“Me too. See you guys later!” I said and Alizha and I left.

AFTER Atasha left the twins continued to eat. “We'll roam around after you finish, okay?” Their grandmother asked which made them smile. “Yes grandma! We have a lot more to look at.” Addison said making Atasha's Mom smile. The two really understood their mother and did not hold a grudge against her even though she was often busy.

After they finished eating, they wandered off. It took them an hour and they were now walking to find another place to go.

“Uncle Keiron!!!”

Addison's scream echoed around making people look at him and immediately ran to see Kent. Even Kent and his companion looked at the shrill voice that called out and saw a young woman approaching. Kent immediately smiled when he saw the girl.

“Be careful Pretty Addison!” Kent said but Addison continued running and Kent lifted her.  “Wow!! Uncle Keiron I miss you! Long-time no see!” Addison said while hugging him making Kent smile. While his companions were shocked—Kent is with his friends.

“Did you really miss me or do you miss going to a fashion brand with me?” Kent asked foolishly. “Hmm... Both! Hahaha.” Kent laughed even more because of that. Addison looked at his companions and looked at the three men one by one. 

“Wow!! Uncle Eldrith!!” Addison said making them more shocked. “Wait, he knows you too, Eldrith?” Lucas asked but Eldrith did not answer because he was still shocked by what he found out and what he was seeing. The Father and daughter know each other!

“H-how did you meet her Kent?” He asked to Kent. “We met here one week ago right baby girl?” Kent said and looked at Addison. “He's right uncle Eldrith! He bought me a lot!” Addison said happily.

“W-wait if you're here… then you are with your mommy?” Eldrith stuttered.

“Yes!—" Addison was interrupted when Atasha's Mom arrived with Aiden.

“Addison, didn't I tell you not to just run or you might slip.” 

“Grandma, I am sorry. I am just excited to see uncle Keiron and look! Uncle Eldrith is here too!” Her grandmother looked at Eldrith. “Oh? Eldrith hijo, do you know each other?—” she looked at Kent.

 

“Kent.” Kent added.  “Oh Kent!” she said while smiling.

“Yes, Auntie. We went to someone. Where is Sha-sha?” Eldrith asked nervously. He knew that when the two met Kent would be especially upset and he had known everything for a long time. “It's too bad you didn't catch her with us earlier because she had an emergency so she left,” Eldrith was relieved because of that.

“Wait, we are confused how did you all meet? By the way, hello,” Noah said and gestured to Atasha's Mom, which pleased Lucas to do the same. “That is good of you guys, Kent and I met last week when they bumped into each other and then they both went to Chanel together.” she said as it nodded.

“How about you Eldrith?” Kent asked as Eldrith swallowed hard.  “Huh? Ah, do you remember Sha-sha? The bride's maid must be Ally on our wedding day? T-they are her twins.” After Eldrith said then the three looked at another child next to his grandmother who was just looking at Kent. 

“Unbelievable! Boss, you look like the kid!” Lucas said Addison got down from Kent and approached Aiden.  “He's my Kuya Aiden, we're twins!” Addison said happily and held onto his arm. But Kent and Aiden just stared at each other trying to feel each other.

“Kent hijo please excuse Aiden, maybe he was surprised to see his look-alike.” then Kent came to his senses and smiled at the lady. “It is okay. By the way, are you going anywhere else? We will join you.” Addison jumped because of that and Kent immediately picked her up.

“Kyahh!! Let's go uncle Keiron! Wherever we go for a walk, we will go for Chanel again!” she said which made them smile while Eldrith winced. He seems to know where Addison inherited from, he just realized that now. Kent is also a toy collector. 

“Addison,” her grandmother said threateningly which made Addison frown. “Haha it's okay aunty. We will go to the Chanel, okay? Let's go.” Kent said to Addison's delight and they started walking followed by the others.

“You, see? He laughed!” Lucas said “That's not all! When he saw Addison, he immediately smiled!” Noah said and they looked at Eldrith. “Hey! Eldrith you are the quiet one! What can you say?! Kent looks like Aiden!” They said making Eldrith look at them. “I do not know anything about that!” He said and went to Aiden and his grandma to talk. The two looked at each other and shrugged.

“Eldrith and Ally have been weird since they got married!”

After an hour of them walking around, Kent looked at Aiden who was just watching them silently. His grandmother was with Addison in the selection while the three boys also looked around while Kent noticed Aiden so he came closer.

“Hi little boy,” Kent said to him while smiling. “I'm Aiden.” Aiden said plainly which made Kent laugh. “Why are you laughing?” Aiden asked frowning. “Haha I just saw myself to you. You know we look like each other and same behaviour as well.” Aiden was quiet because of that and bend. 

“Hey did I offend you? I am sorry.” Kent said sincerely. “No. It is not that. The reason why I am quiet—because I cannot believe that we are look alike.” Kent smiled because of that. “You know what? I said it before to your twin and grandma, we really have look-alike in the world and it happened that we met today.” Aiden looked at it.

“So… You are not my dad?” Kent frowned because of that.

“Huh? Why would I be your father. Your daddy will be angry when he hears that you are changing him.” Aiden nodded. He really thought that he might be their father, that is why he was silent earlier, but because of what Kent said, he believed that it was not him.

“Let's go we have a lot of time to bond.”

Kent said with a smile and Aiden immediately smiled and joined Kent. He thought he would meet his daddy. It is not that he wants to see his daddy, there is a part of him that is sad but he is still happy because he met someone new.

What the two did not know was that Eldrith had been watching them for a while. ‘Father and his children have met. It is destiny’ Eldrith said to himself and he was still nervous because anytime soon their long secret would be revealed.

The day passed happily for the twins with Kent. They bond happily until they must go home. “Bye twins! Be careful!” Lucas and Noah said. “Yes, uncle Lucas and uncle Noah! They also watch out from you hihi.” They laughed because Addison said.

“Addison, mommy will get mad at you.” Aiden said as Addison pouted and approached Kent. “Uncle Keiron, kuya was so KJ!”  Eldrith shook his head as if he already knew that when they formed a family, she would always side with Kent.

“Baby girl your brother is right. It is bad, okay?” Addison was even more pout because of that and nodded so Kent just pinched her nose.

“Hey Addison, come on, it's getting late.” Her grandmother said and she went down from Kent. 

Kent sat down so that he could level with Aiden who was left outside because Addison was already in the car.

“Are you happy now Aiden?” Kent asked making him smile and nod.

“Yes! You are the best! Next time when we see each other, can you show me your collection?!” He said happily which made Kent smile big. They both love toys. “Sure. Next time. Be careful, okay? Take care of your twin.” Aiden nodded and kissed him on the cheek and entered the car.

Eldrith just shook his head.

'Like father like son. Sorry Sha-sha' he said to himself while looking at them got into the car and left. The three waved at the departing car.

EARLY MORNING when Atasha came home. What happened at their branch in Cavite was no joke, so it took her a long time. It is not quite right yet, but she managed to catch it before that branch was completely lost. It is fine for now but she will fix it more in the next few days.

The first room he went to was her mom's and she was also fast asleep. She kissed her on the forehead and then went to his children's room. They were also asleep so she kissed them on the forehead and went out quietly. She will sleep in her room. She did not clean her body anymore because she was so tired and fell asleep.

One week passed and the branch that was messed up due to one of his employees stealing from her was completely fine. In the past day she was always tired because of that and now she can breathe easy. Another natural day for Atasha. 

“Ms. Sha-Sha it's time for your meeting.” Alizha said that she nodded and adjusted herself. She immediately entered the meeting room and the woman who was waiting for her stood up.

Atasha was surprised to meet the woman. “You must be Atasha Selry,” she said and Atasha nodded. “I'm Catty Dela Vega and I want to discuss about my upcoming wedding.” Atasha let a deep sigh and spoke. “I am sorry but don't you remember me? I am the pregnant woman that you pushed on the mall four years ago.” The woman was stunned by what she said and remembered that.

“Oh! It was you! I am sorry for that I did not know that you are pregnant. My head is just hot. I am so sorry.” Catty said with a fake smile while apologizing that Atasha thought was true. Atasha is the type of person who is quick to trust others so she was easily to be fooled. 

“Your forgiven besides my children are fine.” she said with a smile. “Oh, you have twins!” she said pretended to be surprised. “Yes. We should sit now and discuss about your upcoming wedding.” The two sat down and started talking.

“Hmm… I would like to prioritize the invitation before other things.” Catty said and Atasha nodded. 

“Sure, Can I get your names so I can put them on the main page of the invitation?” the girl smile because of that. 

“My soon to be husband's name is Keiron Kent Devaux.” Atasha nodded because of that.

'hmm…sounds familiar?' she shook her head at the thought.

“Okay, we will take care of that right away. So, are you sure you are going to get married? I should also talk to the Groom.” Atasha said to which Catty nodded.

“Hmm… okay I will tell him about our wedding.” Atasha almost winced because of what she said but she just smiled.

Tell him? So, the man did not know they were married? Or did I just misunderstand? Maybe it is wrong, it is not just going to come here and organize a wedding if not. Atasha said to herself and their meeting ended well.

New client, new job, more income.

A few days passed and Catty still did not come back but while Atasha was going to work, she received a text from Catty because she gave her number. It is said that Keiron Kent Devaux will be there. Atasha sped up because she might be late.

She immediately parked but suddenly stop passing by when she saw a familiar car to her.  Even though she has not seen it for a long time, she still remembers it! She immediately came to the car. 

“My baby!” she said while looking at that white Mercedes-Benz. She looked inside and it was still the same as it was four years ago. “My baby, how did you end up here?” she said as if her car would answer her. 

“Excuse me miss what are you doing to my car?”

Atasha immediately looked behind her when someone spoke. She saw a man with a bad aura but later she saw surprise to his face.

“Huh? Your car? But—” she was interrupted by someone speaking.

“Sha-sha! You have met my Groom!” Catty said to them with a big smile that made Atasha's eyes widen.

“Oh! Your Mr. Devaux! Let us talk in the meeting room.” Atasha said and Catty immediately agreed and held Kent's arm who was still shocked because he knew that the woman in front of him very well. He could not even speak. In four years, that have passed, he has found what he has been looking for a long time. Atasha was about to walk because they were already ahead when she smelled Kent's perfume which stopped her.

“T-that perfume…” she said in shock and looked at the man's back. She turned her back to the car “I-I left the key in the bag and the bag is in the man's house.” Atasha said in disbelief and looked at the man being pulled by Catty in shock.

“What did I get into?!” she said to herself and nervously followed them. Her hand was sweating and cold. She has seen the father of her children. She would never forget that scent. She knew she should not base it on the smell but she knew this feeling. That is how she felt when she saw the man four years ago.

She took a deep breath before going inside. “What the hell is this Catty?! You are planning a gunshot wedding?! If I do not know yet, you are going to send out these invitations?!” Atasha was surprised because she heard the man's shouting. She did not know what to do, if she would go in or out especially when she was behind the man.

Kent felt her presence and turned to her. “When did she plan this?” The man asked her calmly because Kent knew that he might have scared Atasha. He does not want the girl he loves to be afraid of him.

“A-ah just days ago,” she stuttered and Kent nodded then looked at Catty. “And you didn't even tell me?!” He said angrily.

“A-ah, I'll leave first so you can talk,” — Atasha

“No! You will stay here.” Kent said that's why Atasha did nothing but nodded when the man looked at her.

“B-babe—”

“Don't call me that! Argh! You are getting into my nerves Catty! It has been years and I keep pushing you away, but you still intend to turn me around?!” Kent shouted as the woman bowed.

'Wait, what am I going to do here? Watch the show?’Atasha said to herself.

“Don't tease me Catty! You know who I love!” Kent said and looked at Atasha who widened her eyes.

'I-is he talking about me? Does he still remember me? It was four years ago!'

“I want you to cancel all the good work done by this girl. Do not worry because I will pay what you spent on the invitations.” Kent said dropping Atasha's shoulder. She thought that the man was really referring to her, but he was just saying going to say something. She then nodded at him.

“No Kent! You are mine! Mine!” Catty shouted as Atasha frowned.

'Someone is obsessed with the father of my children'

“I am not yours, Catty. And it will never be yours!” The man said emphatically and pulled Atasha out, which surprised her.

'Soft hand! Oh Atasha, that is what you are really thinking about when you're suddenly pulled away!'

Atasha said in her mind and shook her head. They stopped in the parking lot. When they got off the building, all her employees were looking at them. They just saw that their boss was with another man.

“Get in.” Kent said surprising Atasha.

“Huh?” she said so the man looked at her and walk closer. She took a step back but Kent was quick and grabbed her waist.

“It has been fvcking years. Now that I have seen you, I will not let you go.” she could smell his fragrant breath but she immediately pushed the man.

“W-what are you saying M-mr.Devaux I don't know you. I will take care and stop the wedding—err Gunshot wedding.” Atasha said and immediately ran away.

She did not know what to do but she can be sure of only one thing—It looks like her life will be messed up now that the Father of her children has arrived.
