PROLOGUE

I could not understand what he was saying, what everyone was saying. It was all a big misunderstanding.

“it is not like that.”

I pleaded but he seemed so different, looking at me with cold eyes. That emotionless eyes that I thought I was free from, but it was back and even stronger.

 “then it is what? You even took him to our room, hugged him, you fucking kissed him Liz and I saw you two myself.”

I shook my head, my eyes slowly filling with tears.

“you have to trust me. it was all a set up. I would never do that to you, to us.”

I went forward and held his hand, but he pulled back immediately as if I was fire. He moved back and chuckled. It sounded forced and hoarse.

“to be honest I don’t care. You can go fuck him for all I care.”

My heart cracked but he was not done.

“let us end this. It was all a bet after all.”
