Chapter twelve

"A date!" I thought.

"You can think about it later?" He said, nervously. Scratching the back of his head. "You should go meet Bethany now".

I nodded. "Where is she?"

"She might be in bronx," He shrugged.

Might be? am sure she would be. Bronx river is one of the best place to alleviate, and am hundred percent sure Bethany would be there. We often hang around there most of the time, anytime we wanted to loosen up, it is the best place to stay if you want to be alone. That is, in my own point of view.

"Thank" I mumbled anxiously. Rushing out of the house. I was short of words.

I was about stopping a taxi when Jason insisted on giving me a lift.

"Take me to Graham avenue, I will take the subway to bronx" I said after jiffies of ackward silence. I just wasn't comfortable with him. I stared through the window as he drove, I thought he would interrogate me on why I was against him taking me to bronx, but he didn't. He only gave me a feeble nod and continued driving quietly down the road.
