Chapter Five

"Trisha where were you all night? I called your phone and there was no answer, I even went to your apartment. Hope you were safe?." Stacey asked, Her lips curved downward in worry.

"Yes. I am fine as you can see." I said making a twirl for her to see.

"I was worried sick about you." 

"Don't worry about me." I held her hands tightly looking straight at her, giving a firm assurance. 

At that moment, everything that happened last night between Kaiden and I replayed in my mind. No matter how hard I tried to wave it off, it kept coming back. I closed my eyes tightly. 

"Did you hear?" Stacey said tapping my lap. She always has the hottest gist.

"What??" 

"The real owner of our company has come to get it back. Mr. Frank whom we know as the CEO is not really the CEO." She said and my jaw dropped.

"Who...is the owner the..n." I stammered.

"The hottest and most charming Kaiden Kross."

" Oh please." I rolled my eyes. Stacey has eyes for the hottest CEOs in town. She is always hoping to have a romantic relationship with one or two.

"Wait, what??." I leaped as Stacey's words rang again in my head. "Is Kaiden Kross the real CEO of this company?" I asked again for clarity.

"Didn't you hear me?" "He really is." She support her chin with her hands and looked into space.

Fear gripped me as I thought again about Kaiden as the CEO that he is. 

I am clearly in trouble and trapped, I hope I don't get my job back after what happened last night. I need to leave if not this job will be a living hell from now on.

I jerked off my thoughts as Mrs. Evans threw some files on my desk. "The CEO said you can keep your job but you won't get any pay. I need to see these files on my desk by tomorrow." She said.

"What's with Mrs. Evans this morning?" Stacey asked and we both laughed it off.

"No pay? Why? You need to go to the higher ups now and demand for answers." Stacey said pulling me out of the office to the elevator.

"No wait Stacey!! Listen!!" I said dragging my feet on the floor trying not to move.

"I will go on my own ok." I continued knowing fully well that this is all Kaiden's doing.

"What...I'm done." She said throwing her hand up in the air leaving me at the elevator.

Should I go up or should I not? I asked myself. I mean what is the need when clearly everything that happened last night was a 'misunderstand'. I mean he said it himself this morning when I woke up to my surprise on his bed completely naked.

While contemplating, my eyes widened to the sight of Kaiden Kross and his PA walking towards the elevator.

"Good morning Miss Trisha." His PA said and I bowed.

Kaiden sized me from top to bottom and I could feel my sweaty palms. 

Curse my sweaty palms!!

Kaiden walked very close to me with his two hands in the side pockets of his pants, tilted his head forward and whispered "I believe you have gotten your job back Mrs Kross....You should have told me to stop." 

"What!!!" I exclaimed as my face turned red.

"...But if you need anything I will be in my office." He said entering the elevator and giving me a wink. 

Need anything??

"I want to know why I can't get paid even after getting my job back." I stomped my hands on Kaiden's desk as I yelled. 

"Shhhh!!! You shouldn't be yelling Mrs Kross. You know you can just come sit here and talk softly to me." He said tapping his crossed legs for me to come sit.

I scoffed.

"You can't be getting your pay when you are a MY wife." 

"Then sack me goddamit." I yelled.

"You can't leave either. How on earth do you expect me to keep an eye on you?"

"Why do you treat me like this?" I asked.

"You will have to make a choice. Choose between keeping your job without a pay or get your sack letter and never get a job again, I have connections all over the globe. Note that when you keep your job I will be paying you daily allowance for being my wife, but if I give you your sack letter you will still be my wife but will not get a dime from me, and you will still have to pay me every dime for that ring."

"Then I should choose the second option and return your ring."

"But Mrs Kross you can't." He smirks. Tears clouded my eyes but I try to control it.

He walked up to me and spanked my ass. The tears bubbling up inside me finally gushed out.

"You are making it hard for yourself Mrs Kross, it's just a simple process." He said catching my every tear with the tip of his finger before it drops and plants a kiss on my lips.

"You can leave now." He said leaving my pride broken and devastated.

I walked slowly out of the door of his office with tears gushing out of my eyes. I began to regret every single decision I made without thinking. I cursed the day I was born and even the day I proposed to him.

"Wait!!" He ordered.

What is it that he wants again? I asked myself.

"Kingston Mansion today, same time. I need to enjoy my wife a bit more." He gave a devious smile.

"Just in case you decide not to come, I will find you. Just find a very reserved place to hide yourself, I have eyes everywhere." He assured me but I remain speechless the whole time.

 Kaiden just knows how to please a woman, I just love the way he made me beg for more of him last night. 

Should I go, just to feel that pleasure one more time?
