Chaos

Mister was both scared and relieved that his great grandmother had finally come to help him. He sobbed like a child at the sight of her and struggled to regain his composure.

"Stop it child," his great grandmother told him, in an irritated tone.

"Get yourself together," she demanded impatiently.

"I don't know how to fix this," he cried to her.

"The only thing that you can do is follow through, son," she told him with total exhaustion in her voice.

"How can I do that?" he asked sadly.

"I have no back up, no family, and no means," he reminded her through his pitiful cries.

Queen Esmeralda sighed deeply and dropped her weary head before she started to speak again.

"Pearl lives, child," she explained as patiently as she possibly could.

She put her hands under his chin and raised his head to look at her, and she said,

"She has been taken back to the castle. Find a way to get to her and she will help you to make it all right."
