"Fuck!" Cassandra cursed out loud as soon as she got into her bedroom, she threw her bag on her bed and walked towards the open window, her eyes fixed on the busy road before her.
She still couldn't believe that Dennis rejected her invitation, this is something that has never happened to her knowing how it took her so much consideration in her heart to stoop so low just to do something this ridiculous.
She began to pace around her room as she tried to stop the tears that wanted to fall out of her eyes. No way will any man make her cry again, not now, not ever.
That night she found it hard to sleep and soon, morning came. Feeling tired, she freshened up, brushed her hair and walked out of her house ready for her chauffeur to drive her to work.

Things went on smoothly in the company from that day on, with the help of Dennis,a lot of the company problems got solved and it's finances grew rapidly.
