Ella’s POV The ride home seemed to go by quicker than the previous day maybe it was due to the urgency at hand. Hunter weaved his motorcycle in and out of the curves only mind linking me a few times to hold on tighter. I could tell his mind was preoccupied with everything that had occurred while we were gone. Many emotions and thoughts occupied my own mind to, as we silently rode home. For one Chance had killed Hunter’s father and to think that a little over forty-eight hours ago I was dancing in his embrace. I was in the arms of a killer and if it wasn’t for my wolf guiding me towards Hunter, I may have been taken from my home by him. If I would have continued to fall for his deceitful charm and became his Luna, I would have brought destruction to my pack and family. My worse fears after finding out I was a white wolf would have come true. A chill slithered down my body thinking that could have been my reality. On a sad note, Hunter’s father was dead and the fears I had of him findi
Hunter’s POV Feeling Ella falling asleep in my arms I realized what time it was and motioned to adjourn until tomorrow. I could tell my men were all thankful for the dismissal and left without delay. Beta Scott approach me while I sat in my seat holding Ella’s sleeping body and asked, “Do you want me to take her home Alpha?” “No” I said without hesitation. “She is home here with me. I’d like Ella to start living here with me because I don’t want to be separated from her. I’d lose my mind not knowing if she was okay.” “I understand Alpha. The mate bond is intense, and I hear it is much more intense for an Alpha than of a regular wolf. I trust my daughter’s safety to you and believe you to be an honorable mate for my daughter. The Moon Goddess has truly blessed me with a son that I couldn’t have of my own.” Beta Scott said as he placed a hand on my shoulder. “Thank you, Sir.” I said as I stood up holding my beautiful mate bridal style. “Ella has asked to retrieve her clothes and
Chance’s POV The plan was in motion sooner than planned but I couldn’t have planned this out better myself. The council was willing to listen to my uncle’s deceit of embedding Hunter in keeping my mate from me which gave me the ability to return to my pack. My warriors began to train harder on their own learning that their Luna was being kept from them and vowed to bring her home to the Blue Moon pack where she belongs. My pack also set up for me to be crowned Alpha on Saturday under the full moon. I now had full support from my pack and my uncle was no longer a part of what happened. Rumors even were started that he was going to try and take Blue Moon from me and give it to Hunter so he could still reign Crescent Moon. Everything that I had planned ended up being so much easier with having met Ella. Never did I believe I would have full pack support. I always believe it would be split and I’d have to take care of a few people in my pack but now they were all on board due to thei
Ella’s POV After making my way to the bathroom I notice that a basket of women supplies laid on the counter. Hunter must have had the maid put something together for me to make me feel at home here. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, lotions, personal hygiene products, and more were overflowing from the basket. Picking out the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash I sat them on the empty shelf in the shower. As I pulled Hunter’s shirt off, I looked into the mirror at my reflection. I didn’t feel or look like the shy high school girl I was only a few days ago. I had blossomed into a woman and my figure was starting to change most likely due to my wolf. By days end I will be mated to Hunter and will be the new Luna of the Crescent Moon pack. Waves of emotions start to flood me, and I start to feel overwhelmed. On one hand I was elated that I would be finally mated to Hunter but on the other hand I was scared. Scared for the mating processes and for my first time. I have already b
Ella’s POV The two warriors waited for me standing by the car. “Ready Luna?” The one warrior asked as he opened the back door for me. It was going to take a while for me to get used to being called Luna but after tonight I would officially be the Crescent Moon pack’s Luna. “Yes. Thank you.” I said as I climbed into the back seat, and we drove off to my parent’s house. The two warriors remained quiet during the drive, and I wonder if they were always this way or if it was because I was in the vehicle with them. I welcomed the silence giving me time to fully take in my surroundings and what I was about to do. My life has completely changed in a matter of two days, and I was taking big steps towards my new future with Hunter. My father was fully aware of what was happening, but my mother has only learned of it second hand and I really should have called her yesterday and talked to her. Nothing is better than a good mother daughter talk and right now I really could use that. I wonder
Hunter’s POV It’s taking everything I have to remotely concentrate on the meeting I am now sitting in. I should have just cancelled all my meetings today and escorted Ella to her house to get her belongs and then leave immediately for the cabin. My wolf won’t rest until we have marked her as ours and I don’t know why I thought I could manage being away from her without doing so. Thankfully Beta Scott has taken the lead to the meeting updating everyone on the situation. We had already spoke before the meeting and I knew what he was discussing with the rest of the men. My mind was leading me astray as I had nothing on my mind but my beautiful mate and how I was going to make her mine tonight. Memories of Ella filled my thoughts of when we were pups and how I played along with whatever she desired. One particular scene kept repeating in my memories of us playing at my tree house. Ella would play a princess stuck in my treehouse and I would have to be the prince that saved her. I can’t
Ella’s POV “Wake up my child.” I heard someone with the most angelic voice say. Slowly I opened my eyes and tried to shade the sun from my eyes. I felt like I had been in the darkness for a long time. “Its time my child to wake.” The angelic voice spoke again. My eyes begin to focus on my surroundings and it looks so familiar, but I can’t place my finger on it. I find myself sitting on a large boulder overlooking the most majestic pond I have ever seen as small creatures that looked like fairies flutter around me collecting beautiful purple flowers that lined the edge of the pond. The scent of meadow grass fills my lungs and it smells like heaven. “There you are my child.” The angelic voice says as I turn my head and see what looks like an angel approaching me. The angelic woman was dressed in a shear white dress that flowed behind her in the light breeze. Her hair was as white as snow and her eyes reminded me of the color of the sky on a bright summer day. “Hello.” I said to the w
Caleb’s POV Standing outside my cabin door with my forehead pressed against the coldness of the big oak door as I tried to steady my breathing. I had almost lost control of my wolf as I stared into her eyes. Eyes that I had prayed to the Moon Goddess every night after I had found her would open. The girl had the most breathtaking ice blue eyes I have ever seen. I found myself unable to pull away from their gaze and I was losing myself to her. I wanted nothing more in this world but to mark her as mine but unfortunately, she doesn’t even know she is a wolf. Or is she? When I had found her, I could smell a faint scent of a wolf on her but as time went on the scent dwindled and not even a hint of a wolf remained. I wondered if the accident could have caused her to not only lose her memory but also her wolf. Wolf or no wolf I knew the minute I picked her up off the ground and held her in my arms that she was my mate and I had to save her life. Now standing here alone I stand on my own
