Ella’s POV “Wake up my child.” I heard someone with the most angelic voice say. Slowly I opened my eyes and tried to shade the sun from my eyes. I felt like I had been in the darkness for a long time. “Its time my child to wake.” The angelic voice spoke again. Caleb’s POV Standing outside my cabin door with my forehead pressed against the coldness of the big oak door as I tried to steady my breathing. I had almost lost control of my wolf as I stared into her eyes. Eyes that I had prayed to the Moon Goddess every night after I had found her would open. The girl had the most breathtaking ice blue eyes I have ever seen. I found myself unable to pull away from their gaze and I was losing myself to her. Ella’s POV Holding on to Caleb’s wolf I felt alive as he easily weaved us through the forest. His wolf was big, and I knew he could easily carry me, but I didn’t realize how powerful his wolf was until I was on his back. When I had seen his wolf through the bedroom window it startled a memory. A memory I can’t quite put all together but a memory of myself on the back of a midnight black wolf that was slightly bigger than Caleb’s. Ella’s POV Stepping out of the bathroom after finding Kate had fully stocked my drawers with everything from makeup to perfume, I looked into the mirror on the back of the closet door. The sexy little black dress looked amazing on me, and it fit like a glove. I was sure Caleb was going to like what he sees. My hair was pinned up exposing my neck and I went a little heavy on my makeup since the dress was making me feel sexy. I topped the look off with a pair of black stilettos that surprisingly weren’t killing my feet. Ella’s POV The weekend ended up going by way to fast as all my time was spent getting to know Caleb. I was truly starting to fall head over heels for him in such a small period of time. I know the mate bond has something to do with the pull I feel towards him, but I also can see the kindhearted man in front of me. Friday night after the date to the Italian restaurant we needed the night with a make out session on the couch and I can still feel his strong arm wrapped around my body. Ella’s POV “So how formal is this celebration on Saturday?” I asked Kate as we drove to go shopping for dresses. “Well, it’s pretty formal. We only have celebrations so many times a year, so we try and go all out for them.” Kate said as she kept her eyes on the road. Ella’s POV Every day I spend with Caleb, I find myself falling more for him. I find my heart skipping beats when I feel his eyes on me trying to steal glances and when we get small moments together and our bodies touch it takes all I must to resist the pull of the mate bond and walk away. It is getting harder each day to not to give into the temptation of what is growing between us. The two hours that we get to spend together each morning training has been adding to the passion growing between us.
