Chapter 12: Nightmares

On the Moon Desire Kingdom, after Marcus drunk himself, he immediately fell asleep. On the side of his room the moon light shines in through the window, reflecting on his face.

"Marcus..."

"Marcus, help me!" He heard the voice of Ertha, crying for help.

"Ertha, where are you?!" Marcus called out trying to find her in the dark. It's night, she shouldn't be here, why was she screaming? Marcus walked in the forest. He tried looking around but the dark forest makes it difficult. Marcus walked faster, looking more and more around. He then next hear the agony howled of his beloved Luna.

Marcus' eyes widened in horror when he saw her laying in a pile of leaves and broken branches. Blood poured from her leg where it had obviously been slashed and it was dripping onto the ground. Marcus ran towards her and gently picked her up off the ground. The bleeding had stopped but the skin around the wound looked like she had been sliced by an axe.
