Chapter 12

It's been a week since I found out both Rayne and Ryker were my soulmates. I've been doing my best to adjust to all of it and am trying to spend more time with Rayne since our bond isn't as strong as the one, I have with Ryker. As of right now I spend my nights in Ryker's room, but I try to spend my days with Rayne so that he doesn't feel abandon by me. I know it's hard for him, but he understands this is difficult for me to.

"Good morning, little fawn." Ryker says softly, pulling me out of my thoughts.

I roll over to face him with a big smile on my face.

"Morning." I reply happily.

"Did you have a good sleep?" he asks.

"An amazing sleep, thank you. I was actually thinking maybe I could go for a walk today." I reply.

"Did you want me or Rayne to come with you?" he asks, and I shake my head.

"I could use a little time to myself. Let myself just enjoy the fresh air." I explain, and he nods his head.

"I understand, you have a had long week. Just don't go too far, okay? Also take m
