Pregnant with His Baby

"Vivoreeee!!!!"

Crisa screamed as she run straight to Vivs couch in her condo. She didn't even bother removing her shoes! She stopped when Vivs was now in front of her.

"What?" Vivs asked irritatedly.

She seemed to notice Vivs annoyed look so her excitement slowly fade away.

"Why do you look like that?" 

She asked as she sit right next to her. Vivs sighed as an answer.

"Why were you screaming while barging inside my house?"

Her smile returned to it's place. She showed her phone's screen to let Vivs see it. There was a picture of her and Luther at the cover page. She clicked the news and read it. Her eyes widened.

It was a news of her, "dating" Luther Greyson of The Cosmic Beauty! A statement was made by a "staff" from Vivs company that she saw them kissing and hugging! It was obviously her manager! A picture of them hugging was attached at the end of the news!!

"Fudge..."

She returned her gaze to Crisa who w*s so excited to hear her answer. She w* biting her lower lip preventing herself to smile even more!

"So...?"

Vivs eyes suddenly turned dark as she think of her manager. She was glaring at the wall! She made a wrong decision of having that "woman" as her manager!!

"Hey!!" 

Crisa snapped at Vivs face to catch her attention. 

"When was this picture taken????"

"A week ago, at my photoshoot..." she answered as she grab a fistful of hair.

She laid down half of her body on the couch and spaced out.

"What do I do?" 

"What do you mean?!!! Isn't it a good news?!!!" Crisa excitedly asked. "You..." while pointing at Vivs, "dating a billionaire CEO?!!! My gosh!!! You're so lucky!!!"

"We're not dating!!!" Vivs denied angrily. "It's just that----"

She stopped as she suddenly felt something going in circles inside her stomach. She placed her hand on her tummy and the other on her mouth as she run to the bathroom. Crisa followed her with a worried face.

When Vivs went inside the bathroom, she immediately threw up continuously. Crisa waited for her finish and when Vivs was done, she crossed her arms and raised her eyebrows.

She went near Vivs and touched her neck at the back of her palm to feel if Vivs has a fever. She felt nothing so she frowned at her.

"Tell me..." she turned serious 

"W- What?" Vivs stuttered because she felt nervous.

"Have you lost your virginity?!"

"N- No!!!!" she denied outrageously as she walk outside.

Crisa just followed her and both returned to the couch.

"Don't tell me you're pregnant!!!!"

Vivs glared at Crisa making her shut her mouth. She was also worried about it. She's been experiencing morning sickness for three consecutive days. It's possible but she doesn't want to think like that. 

"Since when was it going on?"

Her expression softened, "It's been three days."

Crisa suddenly stood up and run outside. Vivs wanted to follow her but she felt like she need to vomit again so she instead went towards the bathroom. When she was done, Crisa still didn't come back. She decided to just wait for her since she doesn't know wher she went.

After thirty minutes of waiting, Crisa finally came back. She handed a paper pouch. Vivs forehead creased as she open it. She took it out and asked Crisa.

"What's this for?"

She was holding a pregnancy test. That's what Crisa bought from a drug store that took her thirty minutes!!! Crisa sat down while catching her breath.

"We need to be sure!"

She hesitated for a second but also decided to do it. It's better to be sure. She went to the bathroom to do it. Before she look at the result, she prayed that it would be negative. She prayed and prayed but it didn't come true. 

"What the result?" 

Crisa asked while staying outside. She was devastated when she went out of the bathroom. By seeing her reaction, Crisa knew what the result was.

"So who's the father?"

Vivs couldn't look at her in the eyes as she answer.

"I- It's..." she stuttered, she sighed. "It's Luther"

"What?!!!!!" 

Excitement flashed in Crisa's tone of scream. Vivs was more surprised by her tone that her scream.

"Why do you sound so happy?" Vivs curiously asked.

Crisa returned her face to serious one after clearing her throat. They went back to the living room and sat on the couch, again.

"So what's your plan?"

Vivs shrugged her shoulders. She picked up a couch pillow and placed it on her lap and rested her head on it. 

She's thinking about her decision. She always wanted to have a small yet happy family. But she also dreamed about being on top of her career and right now, she's on the way. If she stop right now, she might not be able to walk on the same path again. And if she don't, her dream of having a family might not come true. In this case, it's not only her life who's at stake on her decision. The child's future also comes at stake.

"Maybe you should talk to him first," Crisa suggested.

She just nodded without saying a word.

Vivs suddenly rang in the middle of the night that wake her up. She looked t the time and it's 11:18. She was so sleepy so she didn't look at the name of the caller.

"Hello?" she aske in a sleepy tone.

"Did I wake you up?" a man's voice said.

Vivs forehead creased before she look at the screen. It was Luther who called her.

"What do you think the time is?" she asked with annoyance visible in her tone. "Of course, you woke me up."

"Easy, lady," Luther calmly said while sitting on his bed, in his room, in his house.

"Just tell me what you want."

"Go home tommorow, you'll a news to hear." 

"News?"

"Yes, so continue your sleep now, baby." he said as he lay down on his bed. "Good night."

His last statement before ending the call made Vivoree confused for a moment. It didn't last long since she's so sleepy, she doesn't have the energy to think about it, so she just went back to sleep.

"What news does he mean?" Vivoree asked herself while looking at the mirror.

She's done getting ready to go to her parents house. She looked at her tummy and touched it with her palm. 

"There's a baby growing inside my tummy," she thought to herself.

Before officialy leaving, she locked the door and went straight to the elevator. When she arrived on the groundfloor, she went inside the cab she booked.

While on the way, she keeps thinking about how Luther knows about the news she'll be hearing. Her parents oly texted her when she woke up.
