Morning had just begun to embrace Olivia’s home, the gentle sunlight filtering through the living room windows. But the peace was shattered in an instant when a shout pierced the air, startling everyone inside.

BANG!

The front door was kicked open.

"I can't take this anymore! You two are the most selfish couple I’ve ever met!" screamed Shopia Joy as she stormed in uninvited, her face flushed with rage and her eyes blazing.

Olivia, who had been preparing breakfast in the kitchen, jumped in shock—so did Hunter, who had just stepped out of Joe's room after making sure the teenager was asleep following last night’s events.

“Shopia?” Olivia rushed to the living room. “What is going on?!”

Shopia stood in the middle of the room, her entire presence radiating fury. Her hair was a mess, and her eyes burned with resentment.

"Don't pretend, Olivia!" Shopia snapped. "I just found out last night that Joe—my son—ran away from this house! And you... you didn't say a word to me?!"

Olivia fell silent.

Evening had fallen gently.Soft orange hues streamed through Olivia's window as the sky dimmed. The living room felt warm and serene. Eliana sat on Hunter’s lap, giggling at a funny story he was telling. With quiet patience, Hunter fixed the little girl’s bangs and ran his fingers through her hair. But in the hallway, someone stood frozen—watching the scene unfold with a heart tightening in silence.Joe.The teenage boy bit his lip, his eyes burning with unspoken fury. The interaction before him felt like someone stealing his family away. Hunter. Eliana. Olivia. Their laughter—it felt like a cruel joke.“I’m nobody in this house anymore…” he whispered bitterly. He turned around, dashed upstairs, and slammed the door. No one noticed he was gone.---Nightfall came quickly.Warm lights lit up the house. At the dining table, Olivia, Hunter, and Eliana shared a quiet dinner. Daniel was there too, helping reconfigure the home’s security system after the hospital video incident.“Where’s Jo

That morning, the air was still cold despite the sun climbing high in the sky. In the kitchen, Olivia was arranging breakfast with a faint smile. From time to time, she glanced at the living room, where Eliana was sitting on the carpet, playing puzzles with Hunter.Once, a scene like that had only existed in her imagination. But now—fragile as it was—she was beginning to believe that maybe, just maybe, a family like this could be whole again.Hunter, who was helping Eliana with the puzzle pieces, occasionally stole a glance at Olivia. His heart was warm, yet filled with resolve. He knew the time had come.He slowly stood up and walked over to the kitchen.“Can I talk to you for a second?” he asked gently.Olivia turned to him, still wearing that faint smile. “Talk about what?”Hunter took a deep breath. “About us. I... I want to make things right, Liv. Not just as Eliana’s father. But also as the man who once hurt you.”Olivia’s face tightened.“I know it’s bold of me to ask. But I ca

Days passed since that awkward encounter in the park.Since Eliana had let Hunter put on her shoes, their relationship had started to grow—slowly, like a sprout breaking through the earth after a long rain.Hunter decided not to push. Every morning, he helped Olivia prepare breakfast. When Eliana woke up, he simply greeted her with a quiet, “Good morning, Eliana,” then kept his distance. No touching, no forcing conversation. But he was always there—behind the scenes, like a silent, loyal guardian.Olivia noticed it, little by little. Hunter wasn’t the man he used to be. Now, he spoke less, listened more. Sometimes, when Eliana was drawing in the living room, Hunter would sit not far away, reading a children's storybook he had recently bought. He wanted to understand the kind of world his daughter liked.---One afternoon, while Olivia was hanging laundry outside, Eliana sat on the front porch with her crayon box.Hunter, just returning from buying fruit, stopped when he saw her sittin

Hunter stood behind the living room window. From there, he could see Olivia in the backyard, sitting on a wooden bench while tying Eliana’s hair. The little girl laughed cheerfully, occasionally running across the grass, trying to catch the fluttering butterflies.Hunter held his coffee cup, though he didn’t drink from it. His gaze was fixed on that tiny figure—his daughter. Eliana Jackson. A little girl who shared his blood, yet didn’t even know who he was.“I should’ve been there from the start,” he whispered. He watched the way Olivia stroked Eliana’s head, with such tenderness and patience. The child was clearly close to her mother. But to him? There was no space. When Eliana was born, Hunter wasn’t even at the hospital. He was too busy with Shopia—partying, drinking, and abandoning his responsibilities. He had been too selfish to admit that a child was a gift, not a burden. Now, all he could do was watch from a distance. Like a shadow chasing a light it could never reach.---Tha

A soft knock came from the door.Olivia had just stepped out of the bathroom when she saw Hunter standing at the threshold of the living room. His face looked weary, eyes red, hair messy like it hadn’t been touched by a comb all day.“Olivia,” he murmured softly. “Can we talk?”Olivia didn’t answer. She tossed a small towel over her shoulder and walked into the living room. “If you’re just here to say ‘thanks for letting me stay,’ save it. I don’t need small talk.”Hunter lowered his head briefly, then stepped closer. “No. I... I’m not here for that. I came to say I’m sorry.”Olivia let out a bitter laugh. “Sorry? After everything you’ve done? You think one word is enough to patch up a heart you shattered?”“I know it’s not enough. But please... just hear me out.”“Hear you out?” Olivia turned around, eyes blazing with fury. “You walk in here without shame, dragging all the wreckage you left behind, and expect me to listen? Do you know how many nights I cried when you chose Shopia? Do

The sound of a speeding car shattered the silence in front of Olivia Grace’s grand house. The gate opened automatically, and shortly after, a woman hurriedly stepped out of her luxury car. Shopia Joy’s face was full of anger, her eyes blazing as if ready to explode at any moment.Shopia already knew from the circulating news that Olivia was still sheltering Hunter Jackson — the man who had betrayed her so cruelly. To her, it was an insult she couldn’t accept. Before Olivia could open the front door, Shopia had already knocked loudly, the echo of her knocking filling the room. Soon after, Olivia appeared in the doorway, wearing a black blazer and neat trousers, her expression calm but firm.“Shopia, what’s going on? Why did you come without notice?” Olivia’s voice remained soft, trying to ease the tension.Shopia couldn’t hold back her emotions. “I came because I’m fed up, Olivia. Fed up seeing you still willing to shelter Hunter Jackson — the man who betrayed me! He used to be my husb

Night began to fall over the grand estate of Olivia Grace. The garden lights glowed softly, illuminating the winding path toward the pavilion at the back, where Hunter Jackson sat alone on a wooden bench. A cold breeze tousled his messy hair as his vacant eyes stared out at the calm swimming pool.In his left hand, he gripped an old phone tightly—the same phone that had just displayed one of the most heartbreaking headlines:> “CEO Olivia Grace Allegedly Shelters Worthless Ex-Husband and Child from Affair.”The headline flashed across various platforms. Olivia’s face appeared beside a photo of herself and Joe caught on camera entering the lavish home.Hunter clenched his fists. His chest felt heavy. He was the one who had destroyed Olivia. He was the one who had easily left that extraordinary woman for a fleeting lust. And now, when his life was truly in ruins, it was Olivia who opened her doors wide to shelter him along with a child who was not even his blood. And the return? Olivia

  • Mr. Ceo Ex-lover Comes With Baby   Chapter 50

The usually bustling morning at the headquarters of Grace Corporation turned into a battleground of sharp whispers and piercing stares. Staff and executives exchanged glances as Olivia Grace strode into the main lobby with firm steps and an unreadable expression. As one of the most respected female CEOs in the property and logistics industry, Olivia’s presence was typically met with admiration. But today, her aura seemed dimmed by a rumor spreading faster than wildfire: “Olivia Grace is housing her broke ex-husband and the child from his affair.”“She took him in? Isn’t he the one who left her for another woman?” whispered a PR staffer.“And now the lovechild is living in her house too. Unbelievable—a CEO like her looks so... weak,” replied another. The voices were hushed, but not enough to escape Olivia’s ears. She kept walking, stepping into the executive elevator, her hand clenched tightly behind her designer handbag. But it wasn’t the gossip that truly shook her—it was the email f
