Chapter 16 - A Friend or a Foe?
Junior finally decided to resign on his job after his dad agreed to give him a weekly allowance. He didn't resign because he's tired, he did it on purpose to have more time on discovering about what Eliza has been up to at Cambridge before they met each other. Eliza once mentioned to him that Mr. Hugh Darcy his father's second cousin is the one who helped her when she was still new at Cambridge so Junior decided to meet him at his main office in the club he runs at Cambridge
The club was close at day so he went there at night. Outside, he was determined that he could actually get inside easily and pass the guards because he's already 20, but the guards still questioned him because he was short and still looked like a teenager.
"Listen, you have to trust me, I'm already 20, I'm turning 21 this September, I really have to talk to your boss.." He said while forcing himself to get inside.
