Starlia opened her eyes, a noise downstairs had woken her, she sat up in her bed and listened, it was as if someone was in her living room searching for something, she heard her sofa being turned, she tiptoed and peered through the keyhole on her door and saw the state of her living room, it was a mess, her heart pounded in fear and she placed her palms on her chest for fear that her intruder might hear the sound of her heart beating and come after her, she checked for her phone on her dresser but couldn't find it, where could it be?
