Third Person Pov

Lydia was having a conversation with Nina and her mate when a strange feeling suddenly overwhelmed her. She normally doesn't strongly feel Nicholas's emotions because even though they were bonded as mates, Nicholas was emotionally distant by nature, and it was very difficult to feel his emotions because of how guarded he was but strangely, she felt a strong emotion from him all of a sudden, and she instantly knew that that emotion was nothing but anger.

As soon as she felt it, the first thought that crossed her mind was to quickly find out where he was and what was going on with him. Liam had already told her earlier that anger was an emotion that Nicholas should not feel on a day like this because being the kind of person that he was, he would have zero control over himself. And once he allowed his anger to get the best of him, he would completely lose it and become unstoppable, especially on a day like this where his strength would be tripled and so would his emot
