Little girl? Did this girl just call me a little girl? I wondered internally, trying as much as I could to keep a straight face, even though I knew that these girls were about to get on my nerves.

“I'm assuming that you're both my roommates, so allow me to introduce myself properly. My name's Lydia Evans and I work here as the Alpha's newest chef. It doesn't seem to me like you're interested in making new friends, so I'm not going to ask us to get along. Let's just try as much as we can not to offend each other and I think things would be able to run smoothly if we can keep to that,” I said, speaking as calmly and as maturely as I could.

The last thing I wanted was to get into a fight with either one of these girls on my first day here because I need to make sure that I don't give the alpha any excuse to throw me into prison again.

I also don't think that I'm in the mental state to keep calm, so I had to control myself and avoid getting upset with them because I'm not sure
