Winter's POV

"What did you talk about?" Ian asked me as soon as I got into his car. I asked him to drive me where I would meet with Matthew, I mean, Themis Lockwood.

Tears started streaming down my face as I heard his question. Without saying anything more, Ian pulled me in for a tight hug.

"I missed him so much... The moment I saw him... All I wanted was to hug him... B-But I couldn't do it... Now that I know who he really is, I feel like he is no longer the man that I loved..."

"Winter...."

"I love him so much... I hate him for lying to me, but God.... I love him so much...."

Ian hugged me even more tightly as he was patting my back. I just cried and cried until I finally felt better.

I looked at Ian and smiled. "Ian, thank you so much for being here with me. I know you're still recovering from your break up, but you're here consoling me instead. I'm sorry for being a nuisance."

"I won't mind consoling you for a whole day. You just have to call me and I will come running to you."
