Chapter 3

Maria's ( P. O. V )

I hung up the phone after Jason and I said our goodbyes. At the moment I'm finishing my makeup.

I hope my mom can come to my graduation event. I know my dad is coming he promised me that he'll come and he always keeps his promises.

An hour later

I was done with my makeup and everything else. I'm just waiting for Jason.

20 minutes later I heard a knock at the door, I quickly went to open the door and smiled at Jason standing outside my door. 

Has soon as our eyes met my knees instantly felt weak.

Why does he have an effect on my body? and why does he have to look at me like the way he is right now?

"Would you stop looking at me like that, it's weird." I stated nervously.

It is weird, but the sexual kind of weird. 

I've always felt a sexual connection between us, but I never dared to admit it.

Because I'm a coward...

"Sorry, it's just that you look really beautiful." He confessed and I instantly blushed.

He has said that before a few times, but I always blush... I can't help it.

"Thanks, I'll go get my purse, came in and have a sit if you want." I stated smiling at him.

"Sure, thanks." he replied, walking inside my condo.

I quickly walked upstairs to my room and  took my purse and looked at myself in the mirror. "Beautiful" I said to myself.

I walked back downstairs and saw Jason sitting on my couch staring at the screen of his phone.

"I'm ready let's go." I announced, he looked up at me from his phone and smiled.

We both walked out of my condo, I locked my door and followed him to his car.

I saw a Two cars parked outside my condo building, a Range Rover and A Jeep.

"Which one are we going with Daniel?" I inquired.

He smiled at me. "The Range Rover." He answered.

"Oh!" I muttered under my breath.

He walked to the Range Rover and opened the door. Jason entered the car and I followed suit.

At the corner of my eyes I saw my father at the driver's sit.

"Hey dad." I greeted with a grin.

I looked at Mr and Mrs Mendez. "Hello Mr and Mrs Mendez." I smiled at Jason's parents.

"You know, you don't have to be so formal with us. We like your second parents. Right?" Jason's dad stated. 

I smiled at them. "Yes you are." I agreed.

Mrs Jessica leaned back in her sit and I gasped my hands involuntary covering my mouth in surprise.

"Mom!!" I yelled in happiness.

My mom smiled at me. "I can't believe you here." I responded and turned to glance at Jason who sat next to me. 

He had a big smile plastered on his face.

I'm sure his behind my mom being here. 

He always tries to make me happy, that's why I lov..

Woah!!

I need to stop this now or I might end up doing something I might regret for the rest of my life.
