"Hey. Are you still asleep, darling?"

His arm was wrapped around me, and he pulled me close. I was still asleep, still deep in a dream, when I felt his face nuzzle into my chest, his breath warm and pleasant on my skin.

My body was still humming from last night. The sheets were still damp, and my skin was still fresh with his kisses and hickies.

"Well, I'm awake now," I groaned, pulling him in and taking in his scent. He smelled wonderful, he was warm. The stubble of his beard scratched my nipple, and a gasp escaped my lips.

"You're beard is growing back," I whispered. "We might need to trim it soon."

"Would you do it for me?" he purred, burying his face deeper into my chest, kissing me softly. "Do you know how to?"

I chuckled. This was the perfect morning that I had always imagined, but now, I couldn't hold back. I couldn't hold back. I had to tell him.
