It has been 48 hours since Vanessa was taken and I have lost all patience.

I was called to the police station to give another official statement, apparently they wanted to know more about her whereabouts before she was taken.

It was high time I started pulling some strings and making some calls. Yes I believe the police will do all they can to find her, but in situations like this the loved ones can put the pieces together too.

I had a picture of the note left by the kidnappers but the handwriting did not look familiar, not even a bit.

Now it was public knowledge that she was taken and her abductors would probably want to be extra careful so they don't get caught.

I just hope I was doing the right thing by letting them make her kidnap public. It could be a good plan though.

Situations like this usually turn around for the better with just one eye witness or a simple wrong move by the criminal. All we need is one person to notice something strange and say somethin
