Camille squealed before I could bring myself to say anything, her voice jolted me out of my own thoughts and I turned back to look at Ivan.

Excitement washed through me, I opened my mouth to speak but I couldn’t form a coherent word so I just shut it back.

Ivan’s eyebrow raised, he was waiting for my answer, “I believe the word you’re looking for is, Yes, Ivan, let’s get married.” Camille whispered behind me and I shoved her away.

I wanted to get married too, getting into a real marriage with Ivan would definitely mean my biggest dream had come true but I didn’t want to make the decision alone.

I knew that they loved him so much and they’d literally ask if I’m insane to be asking them a question like that but I turned in their direction and knelt in front of them.

“So?” I asked, tears welling up in my eyes and I was trying all of my best to not let the tears fall, “do you think your dad is worth marrying?” I asked, laughing.
