I stood beside Ivan at the gallery with an uneasy feeling in my chest. It was the opening day. People from all over the city gathered around to look at the works of Marina Ellis. I knew she would be here any second now to make her debut. I looked at Ivan to see if he showed any type of emotions on his face but his face was blank and stoic as always. How does he feel about seeing his ex after all these years?
I jolted back to reality as he held my hand and squeezed it.
"You seem to be deep in thoughts, are you thinking about me naked?" he asked casually. How can he say stuff like that with a straight face?
