Chapter 28

Reminiscing

Rather than rest I just took care of my unfinished work earlier in the office. I spent my time at work and there I poured out my annoyance to Magnus.

When it was eleven o'clock in the evening I went downstairs to see if Magnus was still in the living room.

He was still there— asleep and twisted because of the cold coming from the stand fan.

The stubbornness of this man's head. He would find it harder on the little sofa than to go home to rest properly.

I was tempted to go up again to get some blankets. Yes, I hate him, but there is still some left of my conscience.

Back in the living room, I approached Magnus, then I laid the blanket on his shoulder and body. I wish I could wake him up and send him home, but there are really traces of tiredness on his face, it may be because of a day at work.

I decided to let him rest in my house. Maybe, when he wakes up later he will leave immediately.
