Maureen's POV

'I am beginning to think one other gift I don't know I have is getting worried,' Dawn mumbled as she paced the sitting room of the Beta house.

'What do you mean?' I asked looking up at her from the magazine I was pretending to be reading.

We have been waiting in the Beta house for two hours. I had picked the magazine in the bid to find something to do. Every other person including Rocha was sitting but Dawn had been busy pacing up and down as if she had an itch on her feet.

At a point, Dawn had gone outside then came back in looking frustrated.

'I am the only one who seemed worried here. You all look so calm as if nothing is wrong,' Dawn's reply brought me back to the present.

'Can't one of you just mind link them and ask what is going on?' Dawn asked as her voice rose a pitch higher than usual.

'We don't want to distract them in case they need to concentrate,' I answered.
