"The car is not working," I said. I saw Sam looking at me. I could see panic rising through my mate's eyes. I knew Sam was afraid of lightning but I never thought she would still be scared even without her memories. I tried to call but my phone died the second I turned it on. Ugh, shit! The mating process includes the male having intercourse with his mate and biting their mate in the neck.The point of the bite was to mark that that werewolf was taken and for the heat cycle not to happen again in the future.
