Chapter 48 The Two Who Have Daggers Drawn

Knowing that he was late, Byron did not notice the two in the car as he strode into the kindergarten.

He noticed two people standing next to the slide the moment he entered, as well as Estie who had practically burrowed herself into Rosalie's arms.

"Estie’s Daddy, you're here!"

The teacher respectfully greeted immediately upon seeing who had arrived.

Byron nodded slightly and he walked to the front of the three of them. He glanced at his daughter, then looked at Rosalie coldly. "Why are you here?"

Sensing the hostility surrounding the man, Rosalie inexplicably frowned.

To the side, the teacher looked at them in surprise. "Do you two… know each other?"

She had thought that Rosalie did not know Estie just now.

However, it was not hard to imagine that they would know each other considering Estie's dependence on Rosalie.

Rosalie nodded to the teacher noncommittally and then met the man's eyes. "I came to pick up my children from school, but your daughter wouldn’t let go of my clot
