Aeris's face turned pale.

"These are fake! You had someone forge them!" she yelled, lunging to snatch the documents.

Drake pushed her aside, his expression full of confusion.

Inside it were clear records of bank transfers, copies of agreements signed in Aeris's handwriting, and chat logs.

Each page hit Drake like a heavy hammer, shattering his belief.

"Why did you do this?" Drake's voice trembled as he asked Aeris. "They forced you, didn’t they?"
