Chapter 2: Weylin Malachy

"Pardon?" Kelsey said in confused.

She tried to calm herself down.

The man just shook his head and left Kelsey standing in front of the toilet alone. He had no time to talk to strangers.

He was in a hurry. After he changed his clothes and was only wearing a t-shirt and jeans, he came out.

And without he predicted, he ran into the girl he met in the toilet again.

He was outside now and waiting for his driver to pick him up. He then sighed out of boredom.

"Was the club so small? Why did I meet her again?" he muttered under his breath.

He was still wearing his black mask and carrying his black backpack. He walked towards the girl.

He had no other choice because the club only had one parking area. So he had to patiently wait for his driver.

The girl was not aware of his presence. He was quite happy then.

But then he heard the girl talking on the phone.

"Dad, I'm not a kid anymore. I know what I have to do. I'm a grown woman. So, please give me a chance to live with my own decisions."

The voice was low but he could hear it clearly. He reluctantly stood near the girl and hoped for the driver to come soon.

"No. I would say no and always will. I can't marry someone I don't know. How could you do that to me? These are modern times. Why are you still arranging marriages for me? You can't do that."

The hot dancer approached Kelsey and then he bowed his head to her and said, "Hi."

The girl only turned and saw green eyes staring at her, still wearing a mask that covered part of his face.

The man was very tall, probably over one hundred and eighty centimeters tall because he looked like he was slouching as he spoke to Kelsey.

Kelsey subconsciously studied the man's face and was fixated on the red thin lips that were slightly dry.

But before she could move her eyes to see the rest of the man's face, the man cleared his throat.

Kelsey was surprised and suddenly stepped back in shock.

"Sorry. What's wrong?" Kelsey asked awkwardly.

Kelsey wanted to cover her own mouth which instead asked like that, even though it was clear that she was being disrespectful to the man because she had looked at him shamelessly.

"Keep your voice down. It's so loud, you know."

Kelsey froze in place. The man's words were quite rude according to Kelsey and she couldn't answer him.

Not long after, the luxury car arrived and the handsome dancer got into the black car.

"Hurry, Darren!" the mysterious man said and it was heard by Kelsey.

The man then glanced at the girl briefly and ignored her. He just thought the girl was his fan admiring him so he didn't care.

He's just tired of all kinds of what his fans do.

"Did you have fun, Young Master?" Darren asked as soon as the car left the Sweet Heaven yard.

"Very."

After the car had driven for about a minute, the man removed his mask and tried to breathe normally.

"Young Master, I think you need to reschedule your event at the club."

"Why? Any problem?" Weylin asked flatly.

Darren shook his head. Even though he was driving the car, he could pay attention to what his Master was saying.

"No problem but you will have new activities starting tomorrow. I think you already know that you are being asked to marry one of your father's friend's daughters. So of course you need to give yourself time to get closer to her."

The man named "Weylin Malachy" was now irritated. He closed his eyes and felt that he couldn't stand it.

"I don't care about that. All I care about is that I can do whatever I want."

"You should care, Young Master. It's for your own future."

"My future? Are you really serious about that, Darren?” Weylin was angry now. He couldn't pretend that he was okay with the topic.

“Master .…”

“Forget it. Just shut up!" Weylin said not wanting to be denied.

Weylin didn't want to talk about his father's decision to ask him to marry someone he didn't know.

How could he be in trouble like that girl?

He remembered clearly and knew the problem just like him.

Arriving at Malachy mansion, Weylin rushed into the mansion.

The mansion was huge and very beautiful. The building had many rooms and many people said that it was one of the five largest mansions in the city.

He walked quickly but his father was already waiting for him in front of his room.

"Where are you from, Weylin?" Ansgar Malachy, Weylin's father asked.

Weylin didn't answer. He simply ignored his father.

"Weylin. I asked you. Where did you go?"

Weylin stopped walking and turned his head.

"Dad, I'm sure you know where I was going. So why are you still asking me?"

"Weylin. I told you. I hate you dancing. Why are you still doing that?"

"What's wrong with dancing? It's fun. I really like it."

Ansgar Malachy was furious.

"You are not a child anymore. You are the CEO of Hotel Malachy. How can you still dance? Do you want to embarrass me? Is that so?"

Weylin closed his eyes for a few seconds and then opened them. He was very tired.

"Dad, you know more than me. I've never embarrassed you. I always do what Father says. I never broke Father's rules. But don't make me stop dancing. In fact, I use a mask to cover up my identity. No one will ever know. Why are you still afraid that people will find out? They will never know, Dad." Weylin said in a low voice.

He was very annoyed.

Ansgar did not answer what his son said.

"I need to rest. Tomorrow, you want me to meet your friend's daughter, right? I will do it. But stop forbidding me to dance. Good night."

Weylin walked into his room and stretched himself out on his bed.

"Okay. I just need to meet her. Not that I'm going to marry her directly. It's fine. It's fine, Weylin." He kept himself calm.

Weylin Malachy was the eldest son of Ansgar and Zuria Malachy. He succeeded his father to run the Malachy hotel and had been CEO for the last three years.

He was also known as a cold person because he rarely smiled at other people.

Even he was reluctant to have a closer relationship with women. Weylin had already reached the age of 27 but it was almost never caught by the media that he was in a relationship with any woman.

He was called a cold-hearted man by the women because of his behavior. But it's strange, with that unfriendly behavior, he was still one of the most desirable men in Manchester.

Weylin just closed his eyes for a few seconds but his cellphone rang loudly and woke him up.

"Can't I sleep well?" Weylin complained.
