Chapter 33 Drowning

I GOT UP to start the search. I huddled with the dancers just to get through. There was a mixed smell around me, and I almost fainted from being squeezed by a drunk man.

“Hey, miss. Wanna dance?” he said in a husky voice while scanning my whole body boldly.

“I’m sorry,” I said softly and walked away, but he grabbed my arm.

“Come on! Let’s just dance.”

I closed my eyes tightly when I felt his palm on my back, then he squeezed my body closer to him.

“Yeah, that’s what I want. No whining.” He grinned at me.

“I’m sorry, I-I’m not going to dance.” I started panicking and grabbed his hand away from my back.

“Don’t leave. You can’t run away, no one will hear you even if you shout.” His voice scared me.

“I said, let me go!” I shouted, flying a palm to his cheek.
