"Ms. Quill, we can understand your grief," the organ donation staff said humbly. "But have you thought that if Tinkerbell managed to get a match for her bone marrow, she could get the transplant and survive? I believe that if she were still alive, she'd want to save her peers too—"

Before the employee could finish, Esther broke down in tears.

Yeah, her Tinkerbell was so kind—so kind that she thought that she was there to adopt a child and repeatedly reminded her not to adopt a sick child like her.
