Lily leaned forward, her eyes like steel. "But let me make one thing clear. Don't ever come into my office uninvited again. If you want to meet Aurora, you go through proper channels. Otherwise, you won't get a single piece of jewelry from us. Understood?"

The air between them grew heavy. Marina's nails tapped against her purse, her jaw tightening. But she stood straight, adjusting her dress and mask of arrogance.

"Fine," she said coldly. "I'll be waiting for the design. Don't disappoint me, Lily. Or should I say… Aurora's little shadow."

Lily's lips curved into a small, cold smile. "Don't worry. We never disappoint our clients."

Marina gave her one last poisonous look before turning on her heel and walking out of the office. Her heels clicked against the floor, sharp and loud, until the door closed behind her.

The moment she was gone, Lily's entire body collapsed into her chair. She buried her face in her hands, breathing heavily.
